1. Eligibility to Participate

1.1. Participation in any promotion or activity is open only to individuals aged 18 years or older.

1.2. Participants must complete a full registration form at the time of entering the Promotion.

1.3. By entering the Promotion, you agree to abide by these Terms and all other rules applicable to the promotion or game.

1.4. Employees, agents, and affiliates of the Promoter, including family members, partners, and sponsors, are not eligible to enter.

2. Participation Information

2.1. Prior to engaging in any promotional activity, we will provide relevant details upon request. These details include the duration, prize and/or product description, participation cost, nature of the game, judging criteria, prize distribution method, closing date, and the announcement of results.

2.2. All participants must comply with the rules set out for each game or promotion. Any failure to do so may result in disqualification.

3. Selection of Winners

3.1. The winner will be the participant who accumulates the most points during a designated call session. Points are linked to the phone number used for entry.

3.2. Winners will be selected from those who meet all Terms and any additional game-specific rules.

3.3. The winner will be notified via email or telephone within seven (7) days following the end of the (final) game session. If contact cannot be established after two (2) attempts, an alternative winner may be chosen.

4. Prize Information

4.1. If a promotional game tax or any other tax is payable on a prize, the winner will be responsible for these charges and must provide evidence of payment if requested.

4.2. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater financial value in consultation with the winner at the closing date of the promotion.

4.3. Prizes, including alternative cash prizes, will be delivered or credited to the specified account within 21 days of the promotion's closing date.

4.4. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternative will be provided unless specifically stated.

5. Liability

5.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any visible or hidden defects or any damage occurring in relation to the delivery or use of the prize.

5.2. In the case of unavailability, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a cash alternative or refund part/all of the prize. Any cash alternative will be of equal or greater financial value.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

6.1. By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the use of your data for the administration of the Promotion and to receive communications from the Promoter, its partners, and sponsors.

6.2. Data may be shared with partners and sponsors for marketing purposes or to inform you of other relevant services and offers, even without explicit consent, unless you opt out.

7. Publicity

7.1. The winner agrees, after consultation with the Promoter, to have their name, city, country, and potentially their picture used on the Promoter's website and other promotional materials.

8. Amendments and Cancellation

8.1. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, and any significant changes will be posted on our website.

8.2. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, modify or suspend the promotion without prior notice due to software errors, transmission issues, or to comply with regulatory requirements.

8.3. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any typographical errors, ambiguities, or omissions in these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms and any promotional activities shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

9.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
